Henrietta Lumley**
=Henrietta Lumley=
[Hettie
{Gender;;} Female
{Age::} 16
{Height;;} 5"1
{Status;;} Mortal
{Occupation;;} Heiress
{Appearance;;} The clothes that Henrietta wears are rich; the bold colours and patterns made from the finest silk and the expensive frills and bows. The wonderful dresses she owns, with many layered petticoats underneath the flouncing skirt.
Although her clothes were rich and were most definitely the most eye-catching feature, her ringleted, chocolate brown hair seemed quite close. Decorated with silk bows, her hair framed her pretty face, curling round her soft cheeks of a pale complexion.
Yes, Hettie's face was very gentle, her petite nose and small pink mouth along with two large, glittering eyes with long, black eyelashes and emerald green irises and white shines. Above are her thin, arched, brown eyebrows- plucked perfectly by her maids.
Her figure is quite slim, but is still tightened with a squeezing corset. Her legs are long compared to her torso but is not obvious from the flowing dress. Henrietta is particulary short, standing at only 5"1.
{Personality;;} As the rich daughter of a wealthy factory owner, anyone would expect Henrietta to be an annoying snob. In fact, she is almost the exact opposite. She is kind and caring and treats her maids like they were real people, but sometimes the stuck-up girl comes out and she makes remarks that are rude and make others feel inferior compared to her.
She is a worrier, she gets easily upset over matters that really don't need to be stressed about. Also, Hettie is shy and doesn't like to interact with very loud people as they intimidate her. Though she can become very loyal to a stranger and too often spills out secrets that she should probably keep to herself.
But one true aspect of her is that she is extremely honest. She can be naughty, but she never tells lies to anyone. If she has broken or ruined something and someone asks if it was her, Henrietta would break down herself and blurt out the truth.
{History;;} On 12th November 1840, Sir Lumley and his wife had their firstborn child, a beautiful little baby girl named Henrietta. It seemed like a pleasant birth and the new family was happy.
But, only three days after the birth, her Mother started to have a fever. At first, it was only a high temperature but later it resulted to a terrible illness and she had to stay in bed all day.
Sir Lumley called the most experienced and expensive doctor around, but there was nothing he could do to save the weak woman. Then, on 17th, she passed away.
Although she was only very young, Henrietta's life has always been affected by her mother's death. It's like a gap has not been filled and the young heiress has always longed for a Mother figure.
As a child without a mum, Hettie was mostly looked after by nurses. They acted like parents to her; playing, reading stories and picking out dresses for her. They did all of those motherly acts for her until she reached the age of four when she was starting school.
Her strict governess, Miss. Minton, tutored her everyday. Henrietta despised the lessons, learning how to write and read and do math was very boring for her even though she was a bright girl. She dreamed of going to a real school with other children to play with as she had no siblings and was forbidden to be friendly to the servants and maids.
Now, at the age of sixteen, Hettie wonders about the world outside her manor house. She often thinks about what type of people live there and how they survive. So, somehow or other she is planning to see it with her own eyes- instead of being locked up and treated differently just because her family's rich...
{Fears;;} Falling ill, being kidnapped, getting injured badly, someone dying, being mocked or made fun of.
{Skills and talents;;} Playing the Piano, English, Maths, Needlework, Singing
{Celebrity Model;;} Nobody
{Character played by;;} Bethany (blubberbeth)
